By creating an account on Rishta24 you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally free to marry.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or sold.
• You may create a profile on behalf of a close family member with their consent.

2. Your profile

The information you publish must be accurate and about you (or the person whose profile you manage). Photos must show the member clearly and must not contain nudity, other people's images, watermarks or contact details. We may remove any photo or profile that breaks these rules.

3. Member conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other members.
• Ask other members for money, financial help or investments.
• Misrepresent your marital status, age, income or identity.
• Use the service for advertising, recruitment or any commercial purpose.
• Copy, scrape or redistribute other members' information or photos.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or interfere with its operation.

Members can block and report each other. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and can result in a photo being removed or an account being suspended.

4. Moderation and suspension

We may review, hide or remove content, and may suspend or terminate an account, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or where it is necessary to protect members. Where possible, we will tell you why.

5. Subscriptions and payments

A free membership gives you a limited number of interests and messages each day. Paid plans raise or remove those limits. Plan features and limits are shown on the plans page inside your account before you subscribe. Paid plans are not yet available for self-service purchase; no payment is taken until a payment provider is live and its terms are published here.

6. No guarantee of a match

We provide a platform to search for and contact other members. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any member's information is accurate, or that any introduction will lead to marriage. Use your own judgement, meet in public, and read our safety tips.

7. Our liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

8. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, messages and interests.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
